Letter: Rugby club a victim of parking charge

Telford Town Park is a community facility, and as such people should be encouraged to visit it, but despite Councillor Kuldip Sahota's pledge not to introduce car parking charges in Telford towns during his term (Shropshire Star, August 2013) visitors who use a vehicle to visit the park have to pay parking charges at the Southwater entrance.
