Duff getting Loaded at Wulfrun

Legendary Guns and Roses and Velvet Revolver bassist Duff Mckagan will be returning to Wolverhampton in September as he brings his other band, Loaded, to the Wulfrun Hall.

Loaded Legendary Guns and Roses and Velvet Revolver bassist Duff Mckagan will be returning to Wolverhampton in September as he brings his other band, Loaded, to the Wulfrun Hall.

The gig is on Friday, September 19. Tickets went on sale today (June 13), with venue spokesman John Penney saying: "We expect quite a rush from the Wolverhampton rock faithful!"

McKagan's former band, Guns 'n Roses, and current supergroup, Velvet Revolver, have travelled the world selling millions of records.

Loaded was formed in 1999 and has morphed several times, releasing two albums: 1999's Live Episode album and 2001's Dark Days.

The current line-up features drummer Geoff Reading (New American Shame, Green Apple Quickstep), bassist Jeff Rouse and guitarist Mike Squires (both formerly of Alien Crime Syndicate).

Loaded is currently working on a new, yet-to-be-titled, studio album to be release in this summer before hitting the road
