Masked metallers Slipknot have announced a tour including Birmingham NIA, just days after cancelling their appearance at this weekend's Reading and Leeds Festivals after drummer Joey Jordison broke his ankle.

The band dropped out of the double header rock festival after drummer Joey Jordison broke his ankle.

The tour rolls into The NIA on Sunday 7 December in support of the Grammy Award-winning nine piece's fourth studio album, All Hope Is Gone, which is released on Monday.

Special guests will be Machine Head, who are still riding the wave of success for their award-winning album,'The Blackening, and Children Of Bodom.
