Kaiser Chiefs are celebrating the launch of their third album, Off With Their Heads, with the announcement of an arena tour which includes Birmingham NIA.

The indie rockers, who created an alternative national anthem with the single I Predict a Riot, will be at the NIA on Tuesday, February 24, 2009.

Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday, October 3.

Kaiser Chiefs have been working with producer Mark Ronson on the new album, and will be releasing their first single from it, Never Miss a Beat, on October 6.

The band has enjoyed multi-platinum success with the albums Your's Truly Angry Mob and Employment, and enjoyed massive hit singles with Ruby, Oh My God and I Predict a Riot.

Earlier this year they played a huge hometown show at Leed United's Elland Road stadium, as well as a string of major festivals. The band are also lining up a theatre tour next month.

Tickets for the NIA gig are priced £26, plus booking and transaction fee and can be purchased at theticketfactory.com or on 0844 33 88 000 from October 3.
