The Black Eyed Peas arrived with a Boom Boom Pow on Saturday night to thrill a sold out crowd of beat-pop revellers at the LG Arena as part of their The E.N.D World Tour.

Spanning nearly eight years of chart success, the BEP's have nestled their way into worldwide charts with a diverse mixture of beats, rap and pop music that has become instantly recognisable and contagious.

Unlike most pop acts, the BEP's have found a way to work as a unit and also take time to let each member tread their own successful path in a solo career along the way.

That's true none more-so than in the case frontman Will.i.am, who has collaborated with many famous artists including our very own chart-topping Cheryl Cole, who opened the show with a short 30-minute support slot promoting her new album.

However, the night truly belonged to the BEP's when they opened the show with an audacious version of Let's Get This Party Started, which saw the four members, Fergie, Will.i.am, Taboo and Apl.de.ap rise from the floor to a mass hysteria of screams from the young crowd.

Powering through a monster setlist that included Rock That Body, My Humps and Shut Up, the crowd were left mesmerised by the big-budget, pyrotechnic stage show that lit up the arena.

Midway through the show, each member took to the stage in their own guise and played through a short array of their solo work.

Then it was on with the show as BEP ended the night with Boom Boom Pow and I Gotta Feeling. The BEP's had everything packed into one show and didn't disappoint a single fan.

Costumes that sparkled like diamonds and dancers dressed as speaker stacks, robots and more, the night proved to be no ordinary concert. One thing for sure is that this wont be The E.N.D for the Black Eyed Peas.
