The fast-rising pop star who kicked off November in style by dazzling local fans with a support slot for Paloma Faith is returning to the region.

Eliza Doolittle wowed her followers with a show at Wolverhampton's Civic Hall as special guest of the colourful, international star Paloma Faith.

She announced today a headline gig of her own, at Wolverhampton's Wulfrun Hall, on April 2, and tickets will go on sale on Friday 19 November at 9am.

Eliza will release her new single, "Skinny Genes" on December 26th through Parlophone. Eliza's debut, self – titled album was released earlier this year to widespread critical acclaim and achieved gold status just four weeks after release.

Skinny Genes, "is a bit of a naughty song," says Eliza of the track - which features mischievous lyrics about an irritating yet sexy boy.
