Tinchy Stryder and The Feeling for Osfest

Chart-topping British rap star Tinchy Stryder and rock band The Feeling have signed up for Oswestry's music event OsFest this year.

Bob Geldof's former band Boomtown Rats are also scheduled to play over the May Bank Holiday weekend.

Stryder has graced many stages including Glastonbury Festival.

Carly Jackson, Osfest event manager, said: "We are very excited Tinchy is coming. He signed mid-week last week."

Miss Jackson said Stryder would be joining other artists including Example, The Feeling, Goldie Lookin' Chain and Labrinth. He is scheduled to perform on Saturday.

On Sunday The Feeling will perform along with Boomtown Rats.

The cut-off date for early buy tickets is February 18 and cost £47.50 for an adult weekend camping ticket or £37.50 for a under-16 weekend camping ticket.

After February 18 adult weekend tickets are £57.50 and the under-16s tickets cost £47.50.
