Thousands of revellers were expected to arrive in Oswestry today for a star-studded three-day music festival.

Gates were due to open at the showground in Park Hall today for this year's Osfest.

Music fans will be able to set up their tents from 2pm before DJ Jaguar Skills, of Radio One fame, kicks off festivities.

About 3,000 people are expected to attend this year's festival.

Tomorrow rapper Tinchy Stryder is expected to take to the stage at about 2.30pm.

He will be followed by Parade, The Killers tribute band The Fillers and You and What Army.

Tomorrow's headliner Example will take to the stage at about 10pm.

On Sunday people will be treated to Boomtown Rats, Missing Andy, From The Jam and The Feeling.
