V Festival ticket rush as phone lines open
Tickets for the massive V Festival at Weston Park were selling fast this afternoon – with some already appearing on eBay within hours of going on release.

Tickets for the two-day festival, headlined this year by American superstar Beyonce, went up for grabs at 9am.
Phone lines were jammed and the website crashed as fans scrambled for tickets to the August 17 and 18 event.
Minutes after going on sale, one weekend camping ticket sold for £270 on eBay, despite being available for £185 on the website.
