Our first trip is into Staffordshire to speak to Men Behaving Badly star Neil Morrissey about the new menu at his Barlaston pub, the Plume of Feathers.

In this Weekend

He talks turning the pub around for the better and balancing the two very different aspects of his career.

Also in Weekend, we get in the passenger seat of James Birch's Subaru Impreza, which can reach speeds of 180mph! You'll need to hold on to your hats as we tell you how the IT tech created this speed demon from scratch - despite quite the set-back.

Elsewhere, we get ready for Rio with some bright and funky fashion, as well as give a little insight into the strange habits and superstitions of the world's best sportspeople.

And talking of sport, we flip out to talk to gymnast Kristian Thomas, who talks about his hopes for gold at the Olympics and how he values his sporting roots. The Wolverhampton medal winner also reveals how he's enjoying the moment at the Games in Rio and not worrying about the future.

Don't miss it!
