Katy Perry announces Birmingham show
Katy Perry has announced she will be bringing her brand new tour to Birmingham.
Witness The Tour will be coming to the Barclaycard Arena on June 18, 2018 following the release of her brand new album Witness in 2017.
Katy Perry is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. After singing in church during her childhood, she pursued a career in gospel music as a teenager.
Perry rose to fame in 2008 with the release of the singles I Kissed a Girl – which sparked controversy for its homosexual themes – and Hot n Cold from her second album, a pop rock record titled One of the Boys.
Her third album, Teenage Dream, featured such hits as Firework, Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F), California Girls, E.T, The One That Got Away and album-titled hit Teenage Dream.
Witness is set to be released on June 9, 2017 and features such hits as Chained to the Rhythm, Bon Appetit and Swish Swish.
Tickets for Katy Perry's Birmingham date will go on sale at 9.00am on Friday, June 9, 2017.
