RuPaul's Drag Race icon Katya heading to Birmingham

Brian McCook, known as Yekaterina Petrovna Zamolodchikova or simply Katya, first appeared on RuPaul's Drag Race in 2015 on season 7 of the show alongside the likes of Trixie Mattel, Pearl, Miss Fame and Violet Chachki.

The performer won Miss Congeniality for her season, and in 2016 was named among the cast if RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 2. She placed in the top three of this season alongside Detox and Alaska.

Katya is known for her quirky fashion and sense of humour. Since her appearance on RuPaul's Drag Race Katya has appeared on the Christmas Queens tour with Manilla Luzon, Michella Visage, Phi Phi O'Hara, Detox and Alaska as well as creating popular web series UNHhhh with Trixie Mattel.

Her new one-woman show Help Me, I'm Dying will focus on her life and daily occurrences as a drag queen.
