Bowling For Soup set to play Birmingham

Following a solo tour from vocalist Jaret Reddick, Bowling For Soup are set to rock Birmingham's O2 Academy next year.

Formed in 1994, the Texas quartet are best known for hit singles Girl All the Bad Guys Want, Punk Rock 101, 1985 and High School Never Ends.

Bowling For Soup formed as vocalist Jaret Reddick and guitarist Chris Burney knew each other in high school. They were influenced by the likes of Quiet Riot, RATT, and Mötley Crüe, the Ramones and later Green Day.

The band have gone on to release ten full-length studio albums, with the latest being 2016's Drunk Dynasty.

Bowling For Soup have appeared at festivals across the globe and toured with the likes of Army of Freshmen, Bloodhound Gang and Zebrahead.

Bowling For Soup will appear at Birmingham's O2 Academy on February 13, 2018.

Tickets will go on sale from 10.40am on September 27, 2017.
