The Pigeon Detectives are added to Osfest cast

The Pigeon Detectives have become the latest band to sign up to perform at the star-studded music festival in Oswestry.

Osfest – Break for the Border has announced the band that consists of Matt Bowman (vocals), Oliver Main (guitar), Ryan Wilson (guitar), Dave Best (bass) and Jimmi Naylor (drums)will be joining the festival on the Sunday alongside The Enemy and James Arthur.

Already on the line up are chart-toppers including boyband JLS, X Factor's James Arthur and Lucy Spraggan and rapper Wiley.

The event will be taking place on May 24-27 at Oswestry Showground, in Park Hall, and about 2,400 tickets have already been snapped up.

A spokesman said: "The Pigeon Detectives have got some good tunes and we wanted to make the line up fuller so we are adding more bands."
