George Osborne has been caught on camera posing with a bunch of youths looking hilariously like the odd one out in a boyband.
The photo was taken in a Tesco express store in Soho, with Osborne looking surprisingly jolly.
There was a mixed reaction, from laughter to sheer confusion, to a surprisingly funny rhyme, if you like jokes about the economy.
Alternative versions of the photo soon popped up on Twitter making fun of the UK’s former Chancellor.
After controversially accepting the role of editor of the London Evening Standard whilst still an MP, could boyband member be Osborne’s latest job?
