Charlotte Church to play Ludlow show

Welsh diva Charlotte Church is to perform in Shropshire as she bids to relaunch her career as a rock singer.

The Voice of An Angel and Crazy Chick star will appear at Ludlow Assembly Rooms on August 26. Already more than half of the 300 tickets available have been snapped up.

Staff at Ludlow Assembly Rooms said they were 'delighted' to be approached by Miss Church's agents and said they expected the show to sell out quickly.
