Ahead of Jessie J's concert at Shrewsbury's Quarry this Friday we've been scouring the web for reviews of her recent live appearances.

Spoiler alert! If you don't want to know what to expect at the gig look away now.

VirtualFestivals.com was full of praise for her Isle Of Wight Festival appearance last month, declaring: "There's no messing about, 'Do It Like a Dude' commands attention from all corners of the arena as J-J-Jessie J growls fiercely from her vibrantly lit staircase - clearly the stage just isn't high enough. Strutting down with authoritative timing she again raises eyebrows regarding her wardrobe choices."

Also reviewing the same gig, Huffington Post said: "Dressed in a laced black top that showed off her perfectly-toned stomach and a pair of faded jeans that were gaping from her thigh to her shins, the Price Tag singer wowed the mixed crowd of music fans with her impressive vocals and catchy tunes."

The Guardian wasn't quite so gushing about her performance at BBC Radio 1's Hackney Weekend, but did admit: "After mood-dampening showers, the sun came out in time for Jessie J to surpass her utterly generic material with a personality-plus performance."

Turning its attention to her appearance with Will.i.am at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee concert, The Mirror note that "Jessie J showed her resolve and vocal excellence on her solo slot. And she curtseyed at the end too. Majestic."
