The Sober singer performed a range of acrobatics, strapped to a harness above the stage but still managed to deliver pitch perfect lyrics at the same time.

The platinum blonde burst onto the stage from below on a bungie rope and treated fans to a selection of hits from her sixth studio album The Truth About Love.

There was space on the bill for Just Give Me a Reason, Try and How Come You're Not Here.

She also sang a melody of earlier work including Most Girls, There You Go and You Make Me Sick, while pulling off some slick dance routines.

The singer performed Sober in an oval shaped cage which was hoisted high above the stage. There were gasps from the crowd as it spun round in circles, with Pink seemingly not strapped in.

Pink's last performance of the night was breathtaking. She was strapped in a harness and flew across the entire audience while singing hit single So What. The 33-year-old looked out of breath at times and no wonder.

She appeared the picture of confidence on the latest leg of her Truth About Love Tour, her sixth trip around the world to promote her music.

She has been keeping fans up to date with her thoughts on Twitter and admitted before her concert in Manchester that she was nervous playing piano for the first time but those nerves weren't on display in Birmingham.

Her tour will take her through Europe and Australia, before finishing up in the US in December.
