Marc Almond to play Birmingham
Eighties and 90s pop and rock icon Marc Almond will perform for fans in Birmingham later this year - marking the star's 60th birthday.
The Southport star is known for his time with Soft Cell, as well as his solo work.
Marc is best known for songs such as Tainted Love, his cover of Something's Got A Hold Of My Heart (which he sang with Gene Pitney), The Days of Pearly Spencer and Tears Run Rings.

He has also collaborated many legendary figures in music, including Gene Pitney, Tony Visconti, Burt Bacharach, Jools Holland, Jethro Tull’s Ian Anderson and Siouxsie Sioux.
On this tour, Marc will perform hits from his 36-year career to new orchestral arrangements of his own hits, iconic torch songs, and 60s orchestral pop for which he has become known for, from his new album Shadows and Reflections. This will include songs by artists such as Billy Fury, David Bowie, Burt Bacharach, and more.
He will play the Symphony Hall on October 17.
