Jason Donovan's Telford show is postponed
Jason Donovan's Telford show has been postponed until the spring.
He had been due to bring His Amazing Midlife Crisis tour to Telford’s Oakengates Theatre on October 30 but the show has been rescheduled to May 8.
Jason today said he was committed to his tour and was so enamoured with Telford that he would be using the town’s theatre for his rehearsals.
He said he was looking forward to celebrating the 50th birthday of Telford – which came in the same year as his own 50th.
Mr Donovan said he was disappointed to reschedule his tour: “Those that know me will know that this was not easy decision, nor a decision taken lightly.
“For the past ten years I've done hundreds of shows and have only ever cancelled a handful of dates."
All tickets purchased remain valid for the revised dates.
