Walsall's Jorja Smith revealed to be among stars featured on Lionel Richie's tour playlist
Walsall's Jorja Smith has been given the ultimate seal of approval by soul sensation Lionel Richie as she features on his tour playlist.
The BRIT Award winner appears on the Spotify playlist the music icon created ahead of his Shrewsbury show this summer - that forms part of his larger UK tour.
Lionel said: “The UK has always created incredible music and continues to produce ground-breaking new talent.
"I’ll be listening to the playlist as I prepare to make my return to visit venues in parts of the country I’ve never explored before.”
Black Panther soundtrack song I Am - written by Jorja featuring rap star Kendrick Lamar - can be heard alongside the likes of Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, Billy Idol, Calvin Harris, The Kinks and Stormzy.
