Bad Manners is hosting a Christmas party at Shrewsbury Buttermarket

Serving up a Christmas do with a little more bite than you’re usual turkey affair with the co-workers, ska’s original bad boys Bad Manners will be taking over the Shrewsbury Buttermarket for a special Xmas Party this year.

Looking to deck the halls and your ears, the party-loving lot return for what promises to be an unforgettable night of festive flavoured ska-fuelled skulduggery.

Fronted as always by the infamous Buster Bloodvessel, whose manic exploits got them banned from Top of the Pops, they are also joined by partner-in-crime Max Splodge.

True veterans of the scene, Bad Manners have spent 111 weeks in the UK singles chart and produced three silver-rated albums. Peers to the likes of Madness and The Specials, they have long since cemented themselves as one of the nation’s favourite 2 Tone Ska bands.

With a numerous and ever-changing line-up, they have delivered such defining hits as My Girl Lollipop, Lip Up Fatty, Can Can, Lorraine, Just A Feeling and Special Brew.

Set to be a nostalgic evening of ska vibes and seasonal greetings, this Christmas cracker is not to be missed!

The Bad Manners Xmas Party is at The Buttermarket, Shrewsbury, on November 16. Doors are at 7pm with the night kicking off at 8pm. Further support is yet to be announced.

Tickets cost £16 plus a booking fee, and can be bought here.
