Auditions for Cinderella will be held on October 7 and all are welcome to come along.

Last year the arts and community centre brought Robin Hood to Ludlow in partnership with the Rooftop Theatre Company.

Looking to keep up the annual Christmas tradition, the two organisations have re-joined forces and have, in addition, joined with Ludwig Productions and they promise that this year’s panto will be bigger and better than ever.

The auditions will be held at Ludlow Assembly rooms with separate auditions available for juniors and adults.

Junior auditions are between 3.30pm -4.30pm and open to seven to 16 years.

Adult auditions are between 5pm and 7pm.

The main task for both auditions will be to sing a song, perform a dance, or sing and dance at the same time. These will be approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute in length and participants can select the song or performance.

Roles available include the main characters and the chorus. Those looking to try for a lead or supporting character will be asked to read an extract from the script for the role they are interested in.

For junior auditions please register your interest to ludwigmusicaltheatre@gmail.com

For adult auditions please register your interest to casting@rooftoptheatre.co.uk and you will receive the appropriate audition pack with all the information you require.

Adult participants would be required for all of the weekly rehearsals, which commence from October 28, and for the main performances of the pantomime which include evening and matinées between December 13-17.
