Letter: I'd like to take the opportunity to thank the Royal Mail staff for their work throughout the year and in particular for delivering a card, recently posted from Willenhall, West Midlands, to my mother-in-law with just her name and "Berriew, Powys", no street, no town and no postcode. It arrived two days later.
