2012 V Festival tickets go on sale

Music lovers were today being offered the chance to snap up a limited number of tickets online for next year's V Festival.

Organisers of the annual event at Weston Park on the Shropshire-Staffordshire border have released some advance tickets for the 2012 concert at this year's prices, just a couple of days after it finished.

Tickets went on sale at 9am at £175 for a weekend camping, £149 for a weekend with no camping and £83.50 for day tickets. To book visit www.vfestival.com
