Letter: Will we get a rebate over cardboard collections?

I won't be cutting my grass now until about April 2012 and I can no longer put cardboard into the green bin.

So what's Veolia going to do for the next five months? It seems pointless doing a green waste collection when there will be nothing to put in them.

Also the black bin's full and not collected for two weeks. We all know how much cardboard is thrown out at Christmas.

Will Veolia give local taxpayers a rebate for these five months?
