Gratitude for life now

In our galaxy there are approximately six billion suns. Our sun is a small insignificant sun on an outer arm.
There are 36 billion planets.
In our universe there are approximately six billion galaxies, 36 billion suns and 1,296 billion planets.
There must be countless universes we know nothing about.
In that case, there must be many trillions of planets.
One trillion is a one followed by 18 zeros, 1,000,000,000,000,000,000. There must be masses of intelligent life out there.
If God exists, why would he choose our small and insignificant planet?
The human mind cannot conceive that there is no beginning, end, biggest, smallest or reason for anything.
There is only change and recycling.
Professor Stephen Hawking said, Heaven is just a fairytale and he is grateful for the life which he has got. Like Stephen Hawking, I am grateful for what I have got.
