Ex-Telford officer denies plotting murder

A retired police officer from Telford has this afternoon denied a charge of conspiring to murder his wife.

Barry John Harrison, 65, of St Michael's Road, Madeley, is alleged to have conspired with Tony David Kent and Sundeep Patel – to murder Carol Harrison.

All three will stand trial at Birmingham Crown Court on October 2.
