Letter: EU faces bankruptcy but we keep paying
Parliament reports that more than £4 billion of taxpayer's cash is disappearing from the EU budget every year because of fraud.
You will remember that the EU has failed for the last 18 years to produce accounts acceptable to the auditors – a situation which would not be tolerated from any business or organisation anywhere in the world.
Britain, the most stupid and naive country in the EU provides £1 of every £10 spent by the EU, making the fraud against the UK Treasury just below the £500 million mark! Does anyone still doubt that the Mafia was involved in the EU from day one?
The EU is insolvent – its debts are twice as large as its income, and the EU is 'staring bankruptcy in the face'.
Can anyone explain to me why we are still pumping £50 million plus into this failed union every single day? Are the Eurozone members showing any gratitude for Britain's continuing contributions?
No they are planning to implement the Tobin Tax, a tax on every financial transaction in the EU, a tax which will not adversely affect any member nation but will probably destroy London's Money Market!
There is no logical, practical or sensible reason to carry on this expensive farce, it is time to withdraw from the biggest mistake we ever made!
