Police appeal to trace man over Telford street robberies
Police today appealed for help to trace a 23-year-old man wanted for questioning in connection with a string of street robberies in the Telford area.

Officers said Jake William Anderson was not believed to be dangerous but he should not be approached and anyone who sees him should contact police immediately.
Chris Ammonds, a spokesman for West Mercia Police, said: "Mr Anderson is wanted for questioning in connection with a series of street robberies in the Sutton Hill, Woodside and Madeley areas over the last couple of weeks, one of which involved threats being made with a knife. He is aware we are looking for him and we believe he has been using a number of addresses in the Telford area over the past few weeks."
Mr Ammonds said there was a possible sighting of Mr Anderson in Woodside yesterday afternoon but subsequent searches had failed to locate him.
Mr Anderson is described as white and with a distinctive tattoo on the left side of his neck.
Anyone who sees him or knows where he is should call police on the non-emergency 101 number.
