Letter: Not long before we know our poll fate
We now have less than a month to decide who to trust to govern our country.
So, once again, we will have to listen to all the bickering and back-biting, either through the media or, if we happen to be lucky enough, on our doorsteps depending on if we are in an area in which one of the parties feel they may be able to pester us for their candidate's portfolio.
We are informed by the media that this is the closest fought election of the modern era. We have the SNP which threatens the Labour seats in Scotland.
The Tories don't have a lot to worry about there as I believe they only have one representative, but they will certainly have to keep their eyes open for Ukip racing along the inside rail with Nigel Farage a firm favourite to claim the seat for which he is standing.
The Greens seem to be on the up recently, although I don't really see them challenging the two major parties, and they will probably remain on the periphery, as will the Lib/Dems who also face a major threat from Ukip.
Oh Well! After all it is only speculation. The Tory media will throw insults at Ed Miliband and Labour, and hope the others don't present too much of a threat.
I don't think whoever is elected will make a great difference to the electorate and taxpayers, but we will just have to wait and see, won't we?
