[gallery] Pre-race favourite Ryan McLeod held off the chasing pack to record victory in the 32nd Telford annual 10k race.

McLeod, the reigning UK half-marathon champion who runs for Tipton Harriers, looked to be in command.
He got to a quick start and opening up a seemingly comfortable advantage on a flat and fast course around Telford Town Park.
The son of 1984 Olympic 10,000 metre silver medallist Mike, McLeod had no shortage of pedigree.
But his lead shrank considerably over the second and final lap, providing spectators with a thrilling finish at the Town Park amphitheatre.
Under pressure from a pack of around 20 runners, all chasing quick times, McLeod held on to take his first-ever victory in the event in a time of 29 minutes 40 seconds.
The bunch came in five seconds behind, led by last year's winner, Newham's John Beattie, who crossed the line with Gateshead's Chris Parr.
Finn McNally, from Brighton, was just behind with Andrew Davies, who hails from Welshpool but runs for Stockport, back in fifth.
The tightness of the race was epitomised in the top seven runners all finishing within 20 seconds of each other.
They included Guernsey's Lee Merrien, who finished 30th in the 2012 London Olympic marathon.
In a field of such quality, Telford Athletic Club's Paul Ward was the first Shropshire runner home and the first over-45 as he finished 52nd, in 32:28.
Oliver Blake, of Oswestry Olympians, was 55th in 32:32, while Telford's Alban Jolys was the next local home in a time of 33:06.
Swansea's Elinor Kirk won the women's race in a new personal best time of 33:07. It was the third fastest winning time in the race's history and puts her sixth in the UK rankings for 2015.
Jamie Van Lieshout, the Dutch 5k champion was the next home in 33:19, with Sale's Jenna Hill third in 33:40, a new personal best.
Lincoln's Sophie Cowper, with Charnwood's Juliet Potter (34:28) and Gloucester's Rose Anne Galligan (34:30) rounded out the top six.
Three-times winner Claire Martin was the best Shropshire finisher and the top female runner over-40 after coming home 16th, in 36:17.
Her Telford AC team mate Sarah Mackness was not far behind, finishing 18th in 36:30.
A record number of 926 finished the event, which was organised by Telford AC, with Dawley Bank's Dave Mansbridge as race director.
