Outdoor lamp causes minor fire at Telford house
A faulty outdoor lamp was blamed for a minor fire at an address in Telford in the early hours of today.

Firefighters went to the house, in Hedingham Road, Leegomery, shortly after 2am to find that the problem was caused by an artificial flame inside the lamp.
A crew from Wellington Fire Station attended, but left at 2.15am.
Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service was also called to a property, in Churchway, Stirchley, at 7.55pm on Monday, but this turned out to be a false alarm. Two crews from Tweedale Fire Station attended, but left shortly afterwards.
