This morning the people of Wellington observed a Remembrance Day parade in memory of people who have died as a result of conflicts around the world.

The parade including serving and former armed forces personnel began in the Naylors Row car park at 10.32am, marching through the pedestrianised town centre to All Saints Church.
A service was held near the war memorial in the church grounds including the traditional playing of the Last Post, silence at 11am and laying of wreaths.
