It attracted a large audience who really appreciated all the performers, which included The Franksbridge,Llanelwedd and Builth Wells Primary Schools Choirs.

There were also poetry readings by members of Builth Wells Young Farmers Club, Ysgol Calon Cymru with their choir and a piano duet and harp solo, the local group, Cardboard Box Thieves, Builth Wells Ladies Choir, The Willow Players who acted out a scene from Shakespeare`s Twelfth Night.

One of the highlights of the night was provided by Holly Richards who sang some powerful solos and also joined with the D.Day Dames, which included a sing a long with audience participation.

Thanks to all who organised and supported this event. A cascade of knitted Poppies was on display side stage by The Woolly Wednesday group of local ladies.
