Danny Hughes, aged 34, was jailed for three years back in May this year after pleading guilty to two charges of possession with intent to supply.
It came after police went to Hughes’ home on March 13 this year on unrelated matters and discovered thousands of pounds worth of drugs.
They also discovered £1,835 in cash.
Hughes, of Queens Court, Madeley, Telford, was not in attendance at Shrewsbury Crown Court for a proceeds of crime hearing, where Judge Anthony Lowe ordered for the forfeiture of the money.
