Firefighters called to chimney fire at Shrewsbury property
Firefighters were called to a chimney fire at a Shrewsbury property this morning.

The Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service received a call at 8.17am on Monday reporting the incident at a property on David Avenue in Pontesbury.
One fire crew was sent from Minsterley Fire Station to the scene.
Firefighters discovered a fire involving a log burner inside the property.
Crews used chimney rods, small gear and a thermal imaging camera to deal with the incident that concluded at 9.15am.
