Severn Hospice has launched its pre-Christmas ‘Re-love the pre-loved' campaign, urging people to support its cause by shopping in any one of its 32 shops across the patch.
The charity relies on community support to raise £2 out of every £3 needed to provide care for local families living with incurable illness, and their community shops are crucial to meeting these fundraising needs.
Carla Siswick, head of retail at the charity said: “Shopping with us is a gift that truly gives back. Whether you’re looking for a thoughtful gift, a party outfit or festive decorations, our shops offer something special for everyone. By choosing to re-love the pre-loved this Christmas, you’re not only finding great deals but also supporting our vital hospice care.”
Pre-loved shopping is gaining popularity as people look for sustainable and affordable ways to make their Christmas memorable while helping a good cause.
“We have an incredible selection of quality stock – from toys and games to beautiful home decorations and party wear accessories for every festive celebration,” Carla added.
“Our shelves are brimming with unique finds, making it easy for you to find something special that you’ll be proud to give to friends and family.
“We are so grateful to our wonderful supporters and can’t wait to welcome both regular faces and new shoppers alike who make a difference with each purchase, no matter how large or small. When shopping with us both in-store and online you can literally help us turn your best buys into medical supplies and partywear into our compassionate care.”
