Appeal after thieves break into van using metal cutters and steal tools

Police are appealing for information after a Renault Traffic van was broken into and tools were stolen in a hamlet near Cleobury Mortimer.

West Mercia Police officer and Cleobury and Highley Safer Neighbourhood Team officer Jacqueline Fletcher reported that the van, with "Fixed Heating" in red and white lettering, was broken into in Neen Savage between 3.30pm on Thursday, November 21 and 8am on Friday, November 22.

The police officer said the side door of the van was opened by thieves using metal cutters on the lock.

Items stolen from the van include a Veto tool bag and contents, a Makita power tool with batteries, an impact driver drill, a grinder, a pump, and a multi tool.
