A pervert who sexually assaulted a woman and touched himself in public twice has been jailed.

Chuol Rangdit, aged 26, sexually touched the woman in Telford in January of this year.
He then pleasured himself in public twice in a matter of weeks in the town, once on April 15 and then again on May 6.
