A fire crew was called when a garden bonfire got out of control and threatened to burn a fence.

Officers were sent to Crescent Road in Haybridge, Telford at 5.36pm on Monday.
A spokesperson for Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service said there had been a report of a “large garden bonfire which was out of control.
“Crews extinguished using a hose reel jet and small gear due to close proximity of the bonfire to the fence.”
The danger was soon over as the fire service crew sent their incident stop message at 5:48pm.
