A motorcyclist who got caught speeding on a stretch of road notorious for serious and fatal crashes has been handed a hefty fine.

Paul Crook, aged 56, drove a Suzuki motorbike above the 60mph speed limit on the A41 at Hinstock, near Market Drayton on May 9 last year.
Crook, of Albert Road, Albrighton, Shropshire, pleaded guilty at Worcester Magistrates Court to exceeding the speed limit in contravention of a local traffic order.
