Pubs across West Midlands open to new licensees as pub chain asks for applications

Three community pubs across the West Midlands are on the lookout for new licensees as a leading pub chain has opened up applications.

Admiral Taverns has put out the call for 15 pubs across the Midlands which require new licensees as part of a January recruitment campaign.

These include Foresters in Burntwood, Duke William in Bewdley and Dickin Arms in Wem, with Admiral Taverns saying that applicants will be offered a tailored experience to help them find the pub that is right for them.

Both Foresters and Dickin Arms are available for £7,000 for a five-year tenancy, while Duke William is on the market for £13,000 for a five-year tenancy.

Admiral Taverns said that it had seen a 50 per cent increase in applicants over the past two years and also offered any applicants who signed up in January with an entry into a draw to win a £250 gift card.
