Telford Highways are currently carrying out a range of carriageway and footway improvements along Church Street in Wellington.
It's all part of plans to improve the town's 'public realm' as part of Telford & Wrekin Council's Wellington regeneration scheme.
The work, which will be completed by Balfour Beatty and specialist sub-contractors, will include the widening of footpaths, the formalisation of parking bays, resurfacing and a range of new bins, benches and plants.
To reduce the risk to the public while the work is taking place, a one-way traffic order has been put in place, restricting traffic travelling along Plough Road, Queen Street, Market Street and Church Street.
The order became operational on Friday, January 10 and will remain in place until May 11.
