Multiple emergency services are at the scene of a town-centre incident in Welshpool.

Fire offices, the Dyfed-Powys Police, and the ambulance service have been called to Berriew Street in Welshpool.
An update from Dyfed Powys Police said: "Emergency services are at Berriew Street, Welshpool, following reports of a fire at a property at around 9.15am today.
"The incident is currently ongoing and the road is closed and members of the public are asked to avoid the area."
A spokesman for Mid and West Wales Fire Service said: "At 9.10am on Monday, January 13th, Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service crews from Welshpool, Llanfair Caereinion, Montgomery, Llanfyllin, Newtown and Aberystwyth Fire Stations, supported by crews from Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service, were called to an incident on Berriew Street in Welshpool.
"Crews responded following reports of a fire within a house of multiple occupancy (HMO).
"This incident is currently ongoing."
He added: "Residents are advised to avoid the area and find alternative routes for journeys."
Pictures show the road has been sealed off with witnesses saying officers are dealing with an incident at a property on the street.
