The bungalow features a narrow garden area to the front with access either side alongside vehicular access to a lean-to car port beyond, while the rear garden features further dilapidated sheds.

The bungalow is said to be an "interesting" property that is "well worth inspecting for those seeking a project".

The listing describes the property as: "A timber-clad detached two bedroom bungalow, in need of renovation, standing on a generous plot near the centre of the village.

"Outline planning consent has been granted for the demolition of the bungalow with a pair of semi-detached houses built in its place.
