TUI Shrewsbury manager collects two 'Manager of the Year' awards

The manager of Shrewsbury's TUI branch has been recognised for her exceptional leadership and dedication to customer service and scooped two prestigious awards within the travel company.

Hannah Jones, manager of the county town's TUI branch on Pride Hill, won Manager of the Year for the region - Shropshire, North Wales, Cheshire and Staffordshire - before going on to win the company's Manager of the Year North Division accolade.

She has been praised for her leadership and dedication to people, and her "extraordinary" willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

Last year, the team at TUI in Shrewsbury was awarded 'Shop of the Year', and came close to achieving the award for the second year in a row.  

Lucy Pritchard, deputy retail manager at TUI in Shrewsbury, nominated Hannah for the award and said: "Throughout the past year, Hannah has exemplified what it means to be a leader, driven by an unwavering passion for results, people, and our customers.
