Crash in Cleobury Mortimer town centre - paramedics sent to scene

Paramedics and firefighters were called to a crash in a south Shropshire town centre today.

The two-vehicle crash happened on High Street, Cleobury Mortimer. No-one was trapped in the vehicles.

A Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) spokesman said: “At 11.08am on Saturday, February 1, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a road traffic collision had taken place in Cleobury Mortimer involving two vehicles with no person trapped.

“Fire crews made vehicles safe. Ambulance in attendance.”

Fire crews were sent from Cleobury Mortimer, Ludlow and Wellington.

The West Midlands Ambulance Service has been contacted for an update.
