David Evans entered a not guilty plea to assaulting Jake Gibbs in Presteigne on June 11, 2024.
The 45 year-old of Milbank, Norton, near Presteigne, appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, January 28.
