Llandrindod Community Events thanks everyone for help in 2024 as they look forward to this year
A group dedicated to putting on events for the Llandrindod Wells community has thanked everyone who helped them in 2024.
As they look forward to another year, Llandrindod Community Events (LCE), said a huge thank you to everyone who has helped them– whether that be with providing materials, donating prizes, supporting the events, or simply getting your hands dirty and helping with setting up and taking down.
A spokesperson said: “We wouldn’t be able to host our events without you, so a huge thank you goes out to Hotel Commodore, the Metropole Hotel, the Hampton Hotel, Lakeside Boathouse, Llandrindod Wells Town Council, the carnival committee, Hodges Food and Wine, Fuelled by Cake, Arvon Ales, Brunch Box, Mario’s Ice Cream, Aldi, Llandrindod Wells Theatre Company, Rhayader Players, KDM Local, Jayne’s Flower Studio, the Adams’ and their lambs, Craven’s Crawlies, Happy Soles, Happy Tails dog training, Capelli, Llandrindod Girls football club, local Scouts, Baywater Healthcare, Spring Rock Holidays, Marches Business Group, Hay & Brecon Farmers, Spring Rock Fishery, AE Gough and Sons, Preserved Timber Products, Ashlays Flooring, TFR Jones, Tony Dudley, Craig Ritz, and anyone else who has taken the time to help us.
“We’d also like to say thank you to our committee members and volunteers – all of your effort is such an important part of what we do.”
Lee Percy, Chair of LCE, said: “We have so much to look forward to this year in terms of local events for the Llandrindod Wells community, and we will continue to strive to offer you fantastic events at the most reasonable prices to make sure everyone can enjoy them.

Llandrindod Community Events is dedicated to putting on events for the local community, with a goal of bringing the community together and supporting local businesses.
All money raised by LCE is put straight back into the group’s budget for future events. The group is run by staff from the Lakeside Boathouse, as well as local volunteers.
